Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement cutting-edge Machine Learning and Deep Learning architectures to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Optimize Performance: Push the limits of model inference speed and efficiency using distributed computing and edge deployment strategies.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, fairness standards, and safety protocols.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest research in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning, publishing findings where applicable.
- Collaboration: Partner with product teams to translate technical breakthroughs into real-world consumer applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on large-scale model training and deployment.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
