Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead multi-stakeholder workshops to identify disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and spatial computing
- Produce actionable whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging market opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Integrate foresight into product roadmaps and corporate strategy cycles
- Monitor geopolitical shifts, regulatory changes, and consumer behavior patterns
- Champion innovation culture through internal thought leadership and external speaking engagements
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and disruption mapping
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into business strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful future-oriented projects
- Passion for shaping equitable and sustainable futures
