Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop actionable scenario plans and roadmaps for technology adoption and market evolution
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Deliver executive briefings and trend reports to guide long-term organizational strategy
- Design and facilitate foresight workshops with global stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological signals for early opportunity detection
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against strategic foresight goals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact analysis
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation journals preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from futurists.org) highly desirable
