Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for multi-year organizational planning
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive briefings for executive stakeholders and innovation teams
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify future risks and opportunities through data-driven forecasting and trend analysis
- Represent the organization at international forums and conferences on future-focused topics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing scenario-planning methodologies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into compelling narratives
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decision-making
- Strong publication record in futures research or industry foresight publications
