Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience, quantum computing) to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for strategic business units
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to track emerging technology adoption curves
- Partner with R&D to validate future-focused innovation pipelines
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented planning
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and probabilistic forecasting
