Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map technological and societal trends for 2026+
- Develop future-ready frameworks for product innovation and market positioning

- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future trends into product roadmaps
- Establish thought leadership through white papers and industry presentations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario development
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
