Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and global megatrends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation initiatives
- Author high-impact trend reports and future-state briefings for stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups, technologies, and business models
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Champion future-readiness across the organization through training and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business strategy
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI, biotech, climate tech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating future-proofing initiatives for organizations
