Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead high-impact R&D initiatives focused on emerging technologies such as AI, Edge Computing, and Future Interfaces.
- Drive the adoption of scalable cloud architectures that support exponential growth and futuristic data needs.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and 'blue sky' thinking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to integrate futuristic solutions into core product lines.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with disruptive technologies and legacy system transitions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-year technical projects with a focus on future-readiness.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and serverless computing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
