Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for AI capabilities aligned with the 2026 strategic goals, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- System Design: Architect complex, distributed machine learning systems and large-scale neural networks that handle high-velocity data streams.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers, data scientists, and researchers to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the research and deployment of proprietary models, focusing on efficiency, latency reduction, and inference optimization.
- Ethical AI: Establish governance frameworks and best practices to ensure responsible AI usage and mitigate algorithmic bias.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed computing, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Specialization: Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex technical challenges and drive project delivery from conception to production.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
