Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap to achieve market leadership by 2026.
- Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core business workflows.
- Establish AI ethics guidelines and ensure compliance with global regulations.
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on business strategy.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Proven track record of leading AI initiatives from concept to production deployment.
- Strong expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly desirable.
