Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable AI architectures for 2026-ready systems, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Research & Development: Lead the exploration of emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to our core business problems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion to inference optimization and monitoring.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the long-term AI roadmap and technical vision for the organization.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict data privacy regulations and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of deploying LLMs, RAG architectures, and generative models at scale.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
