Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI models and neural architectures specifically optimized for the 2026 Horizon Initiative.
- Infrastructure Scaling: Architect robust cloud infrastructure capable of handling massive computational loads and real-time data processing.
- Model Optimization: Drive research and implementation of quantization techniques and model pruning to reduce latency and improve inference speed.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI integrations, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and innovation timelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate complex AI concepts into practical, deployable solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Research: Strong background in research publications (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML) and the ability to adapt academic findings to production environments.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and optimize resource allocation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
