- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technologies, including AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum Readiness.
- Oversee the architectural design of scalable systems that can handle future growth and complexity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives and modernize legacy infrastructure.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Identify potential risks in tech adoption and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth implementation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of defining technology roadmaps for large-scale enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
