Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for projects targeting the 2026 market landscape, integrating AI and next-gen computing paradigms.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure distributed systems that can handle high-volume, high-velocity data streams.
- Innovation Management: Research and prototype cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Edge AI, Quantum-ready protocols) and evaluate their feasibility for production deployment.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to industry standards and data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure); and familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML integration, Blockchain, or Edge Computing concepts.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical executives.
