- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including predictive AI models and quantum-ready data structures.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate visionary concepts into executable technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous security audits and stress testing to ensure system resilience against future threats.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the 2026 transition phase.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a focus on large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of leading high-stakes technical projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML integration.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
