- Future Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (Quantum computing concepts, Ethical AI frameworks) into our existing stack.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of 5-8 engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect our proprietary 2026 data assets.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders and present the architectural roadmap effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PhD in a relevant field is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or futuristic tech environments.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Python, TensorFlow, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure). Experience with quantum algorithms or blockchain is highly desirable.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale technical projects on time and within budget.
