Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Define and drive the technical roadmap for our core infrastructure, focusing on scalability, security, and future-proofing for the year 2026.
- System Design: Design complex, distributed systems that handle high-throughput data processing and real-time AI model inference.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of code quality and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Cloud & DevOps: Oversee the migration and optimization of cloud-native architectures on major cloud providers, ensuring high availability and cost-efficiency.
- Innovation Implementation: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-ready algorithms, edge computing) into our production environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with a strong understanding of low-latency systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
