Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI initiatives targeting the 2026 release cycle.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems for large-scale data processing and neural network training.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision to advance our product capabilities.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of large language models (LLMs) in production environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and engineering leads to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning and AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Innovation: Demonstrated experience in researching and implementing emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
