Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and infrastructure for our 2026 roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in model compression, quantization, and inference optimization to ensure real-time performance.
- R&D Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and researchers to translate cutting-edge academic research into production-ready code.
- System Integration: Integrate AI capabilities into broader software ecosystems, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards, CI/CD practices, and security protocols for AI workloads.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and guide technical decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
