Responsibilities
- Lead AI Governance: Develop and implement comprehensive ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for all AI products and services.
- Policy Development: Draft and enforce internal policies regarding data privacy, algorithmic bias, and transparency in alignment with global regulations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and legal teams to integrate ethical considerations into the product lifecycle from conception to deployment.
- Research & Advisory: Conduct research on emerging AI trends, including generative models and autonomous systems, to anticipate ethical risks.
- Public & Internal Education: Educate the organization and the public on AI ethics through thought leadership, white papers, and internal training sessions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML ethics, policy-making, or a related technical field.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and LLMs (Large Language Models).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable policy for diverse audiences.
- Global Perspective: Familiarity with international AI regulations and ethical standards (e.g., EU AI Act, IEEE standards).
