Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Systems: Design and implement AI models and backend architectures capable of scaling to the demands of the year 2026, focusing on quantum resistance and high-throughput data processing.
- Web3 Integration: Lead the integration of decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and blockchain identity solutions into our core platform.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and refactor legacy codebases to ensure sub-millisecond latency for critical AI inference tasks.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with CTOs and product leads to define technical roadmaps that align with long-term business goals.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring junior developers and conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive data against emerging cyber threats.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or high-frequency trading systems.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go is essential; familiarity with Solidity is a plus.
- AI Expertise: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
