Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js) and backend technologies (Node.js/Python).
- Architect scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure, ensuring 99.99% uptime.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and improve software delivery velocity.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues with a focus on scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (5+ years minimum).
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Strong backend skills with Node.js, Express, or similar runtimes.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for mentorship.
