Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
- Lead Technical Implementation: Drive the development of high-performance web applications, focusing on frontend interactivity and backend reliability.
- Code Quality & Review: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices across the team.
- Optimize Performance: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay Current: Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that give our clients a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience is highly valued.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in Full Stack development.
- Frontend Mastery: Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular, with a deep understanding of state management and component architecture.
- Backend Proficiency: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java, along with RESTful API design and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
