We are seeking a visionary Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our elite engineering team in San Francisco. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex backend logic and stunning frontend experiences, driving the technical roadmap for our flagship product. You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate directly with product leads to turn ambitious visions into reality.
Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js) and server-side technologies (Node.js/Python).
- System Optimization: Analyze application performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure sub-100ms load times and seamless user experiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure a cohesive product ecosystem.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and interns, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend Mastery: Deep proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Bootstrap).
- Backend Proficiency: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to debug complex issues and optimize system architecture for growth.
