Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Architecture: Design robust, scalable backend and frontend architectures for the company's upcoming 2026 product lines.
- Technical Strategy: Translate high-level business goals into concrete technical roadmaps and milestones.
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Establish coding standards, conduct rigorous code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Innovation & R&D: Explore emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces, Advanced AI models) to keep our stack future-proof.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement solutions to ensure high availability and speed.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with experience in React or Vue.js.
- Cloud Skills: Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
