Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company’s long-term strategic goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical roadmaps into clear business value for C-suite executives and board members.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless adoption of future technologies.
- Risk & Compliance: Assess potential risks associated with emerging tech trends and implement mitigation strategies for the upcoming decade.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, strategy, or engineering, with at least 5 years in a director-level role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully planning and delivering large-scale technology transformations.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, and future tech trends relevant to 2026.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
