Responsibilities
- Develop advanced predictive models to forecast population growth and migration patterns leading up to and following the 2026 Census.
- Integrate multi-source datasets (census, satellite imagery, IoT) to create a holistic view of urban development.
- Design and implement interactive data visualization dashboards to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead the data cleaning and ETL processes for massive-scale government datasets, ensuring 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify key demographic trends and socioeconomic disparities.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within government, urban planning, or large-scale statistical research.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Strong understanding of the American Community Survey (ACS) and decennial census methodologies.
- Exceptional ability to translate technical insights into clear, persuasive narratives for executive leadership.
