Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines for scalable data processing.

- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling to drive decision-making.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers within the team.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, AWS EMR).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
