Key Responsibilities:
- Threat Modeling: Lead the identification and mitigation of advanced cyber threats specific to the 2026 threat landscape, including AI-driven phishing and quantum decryption risks.
- Zero Trust Architecture: Design and implement robust Zero Trust frameworks ensuring granular access control across distributed cloud environments.
- Incident Response: Spearhead rapid containment and eradication strategies for complex security breaches, minimizing downtime and data loss.
- Compliance & Policy: Develop and enforce enterprise-wide security policies ensuring alignment with evolving global regulations and industry standards.
- Penetration Testing: Oversee red team operations, simulating sophisticated attacks to validate system resilience and identify vulnerabilities before they are exploited.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior security analysts and foster a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, with a focus on threat intelligence and advanced threat mitigation.
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification is required; knowledge of post-quantum cryptography is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel) and EDR solutions.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to translate technical risks into business value for executive stakeholders.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
