The Role
You will lead the design and implementation of machine learning models, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable machine learning pipelines and AI infrastructure.
- Model Development: Develop, train, and deploy advanced deep learning models using Python and modern frameworks.
- Optimization: Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in production environments.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest academic research and industry trends to integrate cutting-edge methodologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define AI-driven product roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Mathematics: Solid foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
