Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models and neural networks at scale using Python and modern cloud infrastructure.
- Research Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Predictive Analytics to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Collaborate with MLOps engineers to ensure high availability, low latency, and efficient data pipelines.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Model Governance: Implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to ensure model fairness, transparency, and safety.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-level models.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Mathematical Aptitude: Solid foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability/statistics.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
