Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical architecture for AI initiatives targeting the 2026 product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Model Development & Optimization: Lead the design and deployment of advanced machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs), focusing on performance and efficiency.
- System Integration: Architect seamless integration of AI solutions with legacy systems and emerging cloud infrastructures to drive operational excellence.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical innovation.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy to ensure responsible technology deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and apply them to business problems (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum computing readiness).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
