Responsibilities
- Define Core Architecture: Design and maintain the high-level architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps that align with the 2026 vision.
- Prototype Innovation: Spearhead the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for cutting-edge technologies, including quantum-resistant cryptography and edge computing.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and security analysts to integrate advanced AI models into the core platform securely.
- Code Review & Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards and architectural guidelines to ensure code quality across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Go, Rust, Python, or C++ with a strong understanding of system-level programming.
- Innovation: Proven track record of driving innovation and implementing novel technical solutions in complex environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
