Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, high availability, and fault tolerance.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in developing next-generation AI integration layers and microservices.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the organization.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, system architecture reviews, and performance tuning for complex distributed systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Ensure security, compliance, and disaster recovery protocols are integrated into all new designs.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies (Web3, AI, Edge Computing) to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on cloud-native solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems and high-traffic applications.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML framework integration (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and event-driven architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
