Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Leadership: Define and execute the technical vision for 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices and cloud-native architectures.
- AI Integration: Oversee the integration of generative AI models into core product workflows to enhance user experience.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor system health and drive initiatives to reduce latency and improve throughput.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with extensive experience in distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Demonstrated experience implementing and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
