Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end architecture strategy for the 2026 Technology Horizon, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native solutions capable of supporting enterprise-level growth.
- Emerging Technology Integration: Spearhead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Readiness, and Next-Gen Web3 protocols.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineering leads, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable technical blueprints.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide high-level architectural guidance and mentor a team of senior engineers and developers.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to strict data privacy standards and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of anticipating future market trends and leading initiatives that prepare organizations for the next decade.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Tools: Proficiency in modern development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
