Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures for the 2026 Initiative.
- Tech Strategy: Define and drive the technical vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead code reviews and mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage the migration and optimization of cloud resources (AWS/Azure), ensuring high availability and cost efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery plans and security protocols to protect sensitive data.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- System Design: Proven ability to design complex, distributed systems that handle high concurrency and large data volumes.
- Leadership: Strong soft skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
