Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the end-to-end infrastructure for our 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring high availability and low-latency performance.
- Design scalable microservices and distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead technical decision-making regarding the integration of emerging AI technologies, including LLMs and edge computing.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to maintain code quality and security standards.
- Define and enforce best practices for cloud governance and DevOps automation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with a strong command of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
- Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience implementing MLOps pipelines and managing the lifecycle of machine learning models.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
