Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Pioneer AI Integration: Lead the research and development of next-gen AI models and neural interfaces to enhance user experience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive buy-in for futuristic initiatives.
- Talent Acquisition & Mentorship: Build and lead a high-performance team of engineers and data scientists focused on forward-looking projects.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential technological disruptions and develop mitigation strategies for our product lines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully launching products that leverage emerging technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate a vision and influence cross-functional teams.
