Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement high-performance distributed systems capable of handling billions of requests with low latency.
- AI Integration: Oversee the integration of cutting-edge AI models into core infrastructure, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of world-class engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Scalability Strategy: Develop long-term technical roadmaps that align with business goals, specifically focusing on scalability and future-proofing our architecture.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance throughput and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a lead architect role.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep understanding of system design patterns.
- AI/ML: Strong background in Machine Learning operations (MLOps) and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Distributed Systems: Proven track record of designing resilient distributed systems using microservices architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
