Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Define the high-level architecture for next-generation AI platforms, including model serving, data pipelines, and microservices.
- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize inference speed, reduce latency, and minimize computational costs for large-scale models.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces, Edge AI) into our existing ecosystem.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary data and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Scalability Planning: Architect systems capable of scaling from prototype to global deployment seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-traffic environments.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical roadmaps.
