Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Strategy roadmap, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML researchers and data scientists to develop next-gen models.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends, specifically focusing on the 2026 horizon of autonomous agents.
- Oversee the integration of AI systems into legacy infrastructure with a focus on scalability and security.
- Present complex technical concepts to C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Drive innovation in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Proven track record of leading technical strategy in a high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and large language models.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse engineering teams.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and MLOps pipelines.
