In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable production systems. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction of our AI initiatives, ensuring our solutions are robust, ethical, and at the forefront of innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the company’s 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from data ingestion and training to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and AI capabilities.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, model security, and AI ethics.
- Drive the adoption of MLOps practices to improve deployment velocity and system reliability.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Proven experience leading complex AI projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring technical teams.
