Responsibilities
- Architect System Design: Lead the design and implementation of complex AI architectures using the 2026 Vision Stack, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability.
- Technology Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, driving code quality and architectural best practices across the organization.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in neural network training and inference pipelines, implementing optimizations to reduce latency and improve throughput.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing research teams to develop hybrid algorithms that leverage both classical and quantum processing units.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with emerging AI regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- 2026 Stack Knowledge: Familiarity with the 2026 Vision Stack architecture or equivalent next-gen cloud-native paradigms is highly preferred.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of deploying solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure using containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems.
