Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead the development of next-generation robotics algorithms designed for autonomous navigation and complex decision-making.
- Neural Network Optimization: Design and train deep learning models to enhance the cognitive capabilities of our autonomous fleet.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between high-level AI logic and low-level hardware control systems for seamless operation.
- Prototype Deployment: Build and test MVPs for 2026-ready technologies in controlled environments before scaling to production.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and excellence.
- Algorithm Auditing: Ensure all AI models adhere to safety standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Robotics engineering.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Hardware Knowledge: Strong understanding of embedded systems, sensor fusion (LiDAR, Radar), and real-time operating systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
