Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or Cognitive Science (10+ years industry experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science on advanced neural networks
- Expertise in transformer architectures and federated learning
- Proven track record of scaling ML systems to 10B+ parameter models
- Experience with neuromorphic computing hardware
- Security clearance or ability to obtain (DARPA projects)
- Portfolio of deployed AI systems with measurable societal impact
