Responsibilities

- Mentor and guide a team of junior data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.) and contribute to the scientific community.
- Ensure all AI models adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation standards, and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Track record of innovation with a focus on real-world application and impact.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
