Responsibilities
- Research & Development: Design and implement novel machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Model Optimization: Improve model performance, reduce latency, and enhance accuracy through rigorous experimentation and fine-tuning strategies.
- Prototyping: Build scalable proof-of-concept models and prototype production-ready solutions that integrate seamlessly with our existing infrastructure.
- Publication: Contribute to the academic and technical community by authoring research papers and presenting findings at leading conferences.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and data scientists, to translate research insights into actionable products.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in research or applied machine learning roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of NLP, transformers, and deep learning frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive innovative solutions using data-driven approaches.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Tools: Experience with MLOps tools, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and version control systems (Git).
