Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of next-generation neural architectures aimed at the 2026 technological roadmap.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning research, deep learning, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, etc.).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
