Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI models focused on the 2026 roadmap, including large language models and multimodal agents.
- Optimization & Scaling: Architect systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data sets with sub-millisecond latency.
- Paper to Production: Translate academic research and breakthrough papers into scalable, production-ready software solutions.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product teams and engineering squads to align AI capabilities with business goals.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor the global AI landscape to identify emerging technologies that could disrupt our sector.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI research or a related technical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++ for high-performance computing.
- Research Track Record: A proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or a portfolio of significant open-source contributions.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and derive novel solutions.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
